ABOUT ME

The Man, The Myth, The Actor

Steven Horn (he/him) is a Chicago based actor from Kansas City, Missouri.

In Chicago, recent projects include his role as Stevie in David Lindsay-Abaire’s Pulitzer Prize winning drama, Good People (Four Chairs Theatre @ Theatre Wit), a staged reading of Chekov in the Ozarks (authored, produced, and performed), and Winthrop in Come Along for the Ride (Eco.Logic @ Raven Theatre), as well as actively studying with both the iO Theatre and the Demidov Studio of Chicago.

Outside of the City of Big Shoulders (that’s a nickname for Chicago, in case you didn’t know. Isn’t that a great nickname? Anyway), Steven has recently collaborated with S&L Productions to bring Team Starkid’s The Trail to Oregon to both Los Angeles in New York City, where he played Father. Which basically means he’s been on the Oregon trail for real, but in reverse?

Steven holds a BFA in Acting from Missouri State University, where he enjoyed particularly training in Shakespeare, Uta Hagen, and dialects. When he isn’t on stage, Steven is busy thinking up outrageous ideas for new TTRPG campaigns, reading obscure sci-fi novels, and keeping Taco Bell in business.

With the support of friends, family, and his beloved partner, no mountain is too high, and their love drives his arts career every onward.
